Join the CSA!

Sign-ups for Veggie Box CSA are now open!

Looking to upgrade your weekly grocery run? Skip the big box stores and visit us instead! Our farm store is stocked with fresh, seasonal produce, and our knowledgeable staff loves sharing tips about everything we grow. We also partner with our local farming community to bring you: crisp apples, farm-fresh eggs, Amish butter, popcorn, Country Style Bacon, local beef, stone-ground grits, pasta from Scratch Pasta, and golden honey.

Best part? Our prices are fair, our food is fresh, and we can tell you exactly how it was grown.

8 weeks until the start of CSA season!

And don’t forget to stop by The Farm Store.

Right now, our winter harvest includes fresh beets, spinach, arugula, fennel, collards, swiss chard, and sweet potatoes. Sign up here to get a weekly list of fresh veggies you can buy!

Your support can’t be beet!

The Veggie Box: Community Supported Agriculture

More than 200 families share in the harvest all season by becoming members of our community supported agriculture program. Whether you're a member or not, anyone can visit the farm during store hours to buy the produce we're growing. Read more here.

Our Mission

Our mission is to work with our community to provide access to healthy food and afford purposeful jobs to individuals with disabilities.

You can support Lynchburg Grows by volunteering, making a donation, or joining our community supported agriculture program. Read more about all our programs here: Farm Coach Program, Veggie Box CSA, Fresh RX, and Food Donations.

Food Donations

We donate produce every week to the Salvation Army and other local organizations working to feed the hungry. We also donate CSA shares to Miriam’s House, The Miller Home for Girls, and free produce for patients to pick-up at the Community Access Network clinic, just to name a few of our donation partners. Thanks to our partnership with volunteers from St. John's Episcopal Church, who use some of our greenhouse space to grow food, we donated more than 18,000 servings of produce in 2020.

Restaurants

You can also find our food in delicious dishes at area eateries that support a farm-to-table philosophy. It doesn't get much more fresh and local than produce grown in the heart of the city!
